Co-Founder & CEO
Since his first stadium visit with his grandpa back in 1987, visiting any kind of arena for live sports still has something magical to him. The pure passion for stadiums and 23 years lasting career in several management positions in the IT industry makes JP the best man for that job. He sees the job of a CEO very strategic and also pragmatic, everything no one wants to do he has to do. And sometimes, the E in CEO stands for Entertainment.
Jörg Czichy
Co-Founder & CFO
Jörg had the idea. He represents the high-end fan in the founding team. Totally thrilled about ice hockey and soccer the number of his stadium visits per year is endless. He loves to go to the stadiums of Germany and abroad and there are not much he hasn’t been yeet. He is close to our fans inside and outside the stadium and well connected into German fan culture with its fanclubs. This is why he is our CFO – Chief Fan Officer.
Pavel Kirakosyan
Co-Founder & CTO
Pavel’s love for football started much earlier than his love for technology. Nevertheless, in his past 14 years of active IT experience in very different ecosystems and platforms, in different startup companies in management positions, makes him the perfect man for this job. ArenaFans is the place where Pavel’s two passions come together – Football and Technology.
Max Kölbl
CMO
Max is responsible for marketing and user acquisition.
As a digital native, he does online growth hacking and strives to steadily increase the number of users in ArenaFans.
For as long as he can remember, he has been going to the stadium regularly and is a big hockey fan of the Adler Mannheim.
Lilit Sargsyan
App Tester
Lilit is a QA specialist with experience of 3 years in web and mobile applications. She is sure, that looking at the same product with many angels and different perspectives in details helps to find bugs and make the product user friendly, easy to use, and nice to look at.
Thanks to ArenaFans, Lilit’s passion towards sports increased and our application became the favorite one.

As a true stadium fanatic, he is constantly adding new stadiums to the app and updating their data as needed.
Every visit to the stadium is always something special for him. Each stadium, in his opinion, has its own charm and uniqueness that makes it special.
